Ixia Pool Villa with sea view roof top

we had a lovely stay and the swimming pool was amazing and our host was very helpful. we will be back next year

Possibly the best villa we have ever stayed in. Nice rooms, good beds, kitchen was fine, nice private pool. Close to beach, restaurants and supermarket. We could check-out late, since no one had the villa after us.

Could use a bit more equipment in the kitchen. Water pressure in shower (and thus temperature) changes frequently. In October it is a disadvantage that the pool is in the shade most of the day. Chairs on one of the terraces soon need replacement.

For a young family the location is perfect, you can walk to the beach in 1 minute, the area is quiet but close enough to shops and restaurants. The Villa had everything we needed. Nikos the host was great, very pleasant to deal with and was happy to help with anything.

The property was very modern and comfortable. It had everything that you would need for a holiday. The location was lovely just one row off the beach. The roof terrace was lovely and breezy and you could see the sea from it. Inside the door leading on to the terrace was a small fridge which was great for keeping drinks.

There was nothing I didn’t like. As it was September and coming to the end of the season perhaps some glasses had been broken over the summer. There were only four wine glasses and six or seven tall glasses. Perhaps a selection of plastic glasses would help especially if taking them outdoors. The downstairs sun loungers were great but the upstairs ones might be better being replaced as they were uncomfortable and one was broken. As there were only 4 of us we always got a comfortable lounger.

Stunning modern villa fully equipped with everything we needed, we loved everything about it! Communication with Nikos was fab, he gave us lots of recommendations of places to visit. Villa is so close to the beach and within walking distance to plenty good quality tavernas.

Could do with more sunbeds on the roof terrace and at the pool area.

Breakfast was not included. Would be great to include a basket for brekkie first morning (ie. bread butter cheeses jams milk etc)

Absolutely beautiful villa extremely modern with every amenity possible, from washing machine and dryer to a lift. Would confidently recommend as it's totally worth it. Its right near the beach too.
