"DO NOT BOOK THIS!!"

It was not clean even 1%. We found contraception items laying around the house. Beda were dirty and bathrooms are unhygienic to even step inside. It is the worst stay in Ooty. DO NOT BOOK THIS!!

The property has nice view with kitchen facilities and hot water available in the kitchen and all the three bathrooms. Drinking water was made available. Towels and toiletries were provided. Blankets and bedsheet were clean. We used kitchen for Maggi, bread toast and tea/coffee preparation and ordered food through swiggy.

Wifi was not available but as our purpose was to get away from the hustle bustle of the city, we didn't mind it..Some emergency work could be done through mobile data.

Host was very helpful. He was always available for any enquiries. Even house help was very polite and helpful. View from balcony is very good. I enjoyed my stay with family.

Toiletries could have been better. There were no hand wash in bathrooms. Also if wifi could have been there it would have been really bonus considering there was very poor telecom reception
