Amazing service and kindness from the staff

Очень прекрасная хозяйка виллы ! Всегда интересовалась , когда мы хотим позавтракать и что нам подать на завтрак . Заказывала нам классных массажисток на виллу , готовила нам вкусные ужины . Доброжелательная, всегда решала наши пожелания . Было впечатление , что мы находимся внутри своей семьи . Очень понравилось ! Советую !

The house was perfect and exactly as you see in the pictures but the thing that made this stay excellent is the host that literally did everything he can to make our stay amazing. I would strongly recommend this place to everyone.

The villa itself is beautiful and located in a very peaceful area – truly exceptional. The staff were also very kind and friendly. A big thank you to Wayan!

The only downside is transportation: the location is in a restricted area for Grab and Gojek. Fortunately, we met a very nice driver whom we can definitely recommend.

villa was awesome and quite. Cleanliness was on top. the staff was very kind and helpful specially wayan and ambar. kodus to them for their hospitality. the breakfast was sumptous specially the bali coffee.

Mayura Villa was way above my expectations. It provides very good facilities for couples with its private pool. The attention of the staff was very good. I recommend it to everyone with peace of mind.

My husband and I stayed here. I booked this villa for my husband’s birthday surprise. Told the staff to do simple decorations only, but to my surprise the staff Wayne and her friend I’m not sure about her name decorated the room and the sweetest part is they bought a small cake to surprise my husband. This gesture from the staff was unexpected. The place was clean and I would recommend this place for anyone travelling to Ubud. Thank you Wayne and her friend for the being so nice and give us a comfortable stay.
