Private villa, well located in a tranquil, peaceful location. Breakfast was a great start each day.

Our stay at Villa Tepi was comfortable thanks to the warm hospitality of Ming and Poto, who showed great care in ensuring the comfort of their guests. They were extremely helpful and always available to meet our needs, making the experience very welcoming and pleasant. Thank you, Ming and Poto!

Unfortunately, we encountered an issue with a large number of reptiles both inside and outside the villa, which was unsettling and quite scary at times. Additionally, there was a vent in the bathrooms that could potentially allow reptiles to enter, adding to our concerns during the stay.

Ming was so lovely, she made our stay so enjoyable! Organised everything for our stay and kept us comfortable. Amazing view! Great breakfast! We loved our stay and the staff are exceptional, would definately stay there again. Thankyou Ming, for everything, your amazing!

It was very spacious and beautiful!! The staff Ming, Patu and Pejeng were more than accommodating, extremely friendly and were amazing. I would highly recommend and definitely stay back here again

The road to the property itself was a little how’s it going but wasn’t bad enough to be problematic

I believe the property actually looks better than the photos. The hosts were very accommodating to our late check-in. We had an amazing breakfast cooked for us (choice of omelette or banana pancakes with fruit and watermelon juice). The location was quite and serene with a coffee shop around the corner that was nice and affordable.

There were a lot of ants, they found any sort of crumb and a whole army was present. But nothing to really bother you as the host always cleans up the next day. The accommodation was slightly out of easy walking distance to anything but grabs are also so cheap so it didn't matter. It was worth staying here for the view and the greenery.

Just beautiful. Peaceful. Spacious. Private pool. Didn’t have to share with others. Lovely views. Friendly staff.

Only down side is not within walking distance to Ubud centre.
