Villa Tepi

Everything. The view, pool, privacy, breakfast was amazing and the location is perfect!

Villa would be much better if closed off gaps between windows and side of roof. Better with no insects and gecko’s to enter.

We love it here. Was quite and the views were great. The accommodation was nice equipped with a big living area. Also we liked a lot the pool area.

We loved staying here! The villa is amazing, so clean and well-kept. The pool is magical and it has some of the best views of the rainforest greenery in Ubud! The staff are amazing - so helpful and kind. They came in every morning to cook us a delicious breakfast and we even ordered massages through them, who came and massaged us in our bedrooms. They helped organise a driver for us and gave us great advice about what to do in ubud. Thank you :)

Beautiful view and big space, the staff also is very nice

There is no AC in 2 of the bedrooms so it was difficult to sleep and the fans in the rooms are useless

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Tepi. The view is amazing and the villa is spacious - it is a good price for what you get. Our hosts were excellent! They cooked delicious breakfast each morning and even some Balinese dishes! (we were happy to pay extra for them). Our transfer driver also helped us with transport throughout our stay. We would love to come back to stay at Villa Tepi again!

Some traffic noise can be heard downstairs but after a bit of time we grew a bit used to it. Upstairs is always nice and quiet.

Windows should have screens for insect trap

Amazing villa with amazing views. There is a lovely cool breeze flowing through which is nice. Pejeng our host was very friendly and the breakfast great (the staff were not overly intrusive as others may have said). The villa was very clean. Although there isn't any glass on many of the windows, it didn't really pose a problem for us. The location was a bit out of the way, but we didn't want to be right in the hustle and bustle of Ubud, so suited us nicely. Pejeng organised a volcano sunrise tour for us which was great too. We can recommend the laundry lady too across the road from the entrance of the villa. She did a great job Overall a lovely stay!

As others have said there is a road below the villa at the bottom of the hill which creates quite a bit of noise in the morning, but nothing ear plugs didn't fix!
