Bhakti Ubud Villa

- Our hosts were as delightful as they were helpful. - The view from our room directly on the rice fields was amazing. - Right in the middle of Ubud yet extremely quiet and calm - Towels (both for the swimming pool and bathroom), soap, shampoo and hairdryer available. - Lots of good places to eat nearby. - There's a rice field full of fireflies on the small path to the main road, it's beautiful at night.

Very nice, clean apartments with pool and a stunning view over the rice fields. Location is superb, a short walk / scooter ride from the buzzing center of Ubud, but still everything is excessible on foot. Mira and family were the nicest hosts ever, they helped us with the luggage and welcomed us with cool welcome drinks which was lifesaving after the long flight and exhausting travel. They also have ideas for getting around and we had a great massage in the garden. Nice breeze, frogs croaking… Cool restaurant and brunch place nearby, we enjoyed the short strall every morning along the palm trees and rice fields.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the location excellent. There was a rice field opposite the property and we were fortunate enough to see fireflies at night from our accommodation.

There was a strong smell of sewer coming from the area between the guesthouse and the neighbouring property, that made sitting on the patio or lying on the sun lounger outside our property a rather unpleasant experience. The kitchen, fridge and bin needed a good scrub.

This property was the perfect, quiet and comfortable place to stay during our trip to Ubud, Bali. It is located near a busier strip which is good for options to eat and things to do but it is far enough away from the noise, backing on to a rice field to make for a peaceful start to the day. The villa is family owned and they are all very nice and friendly, they even greeted us with fresh coconuts on arrival. The beautiful pool and outdoor space was great to relax! We even went to watch one of their daughters perform a fire dance, it was beautiful!

Everything was perfect. Just be mindful that the villa is located about a 10 minute walk from the main roads and is not accessible by car. However, the family who owns the villa will pick you up with your luggage on their scooters to make it easy!

This place exceeded all expectations, we hadn't realized we would have an entire private two suite villa all to ourselves with a pool. The staff were amazing from the very beginning helping scooter our bags down the long pedestrian road to helping book massages on site and then also getting our bags and us back to the main road for 3am the day we left!

A very nice villa – cozy and comfortable. Surrounded by rice fields, which makes for a beautiful setting. The pool and balcony are wonderful. The surrounding nature is incredibly diverse. There are many local artisan shops, a few cafés, massage parlors, small stores, and yoga clubs nearby.

It was fine for us, but if you’re not comfortable getting around on foot or by scooter, this might not be the best option for you. A car cannot reach the villa. Also, more attention should be given to providing cleaning and washing supplies for the kitchen and bathroom, as we didn’t find any on-site.

The most beautiful tranquil stay A quiet, private & secluded oasis, very clean, well maintained & comfortable with places to eat & drink in either direction 10/15min walk to the main road or 5 min scooter ride I couldn’t recommend more!

We absolutely loved our stay at Bhakti Villa and would definitely stay again the next time we're next in Ubud. The location was perfect and just a walk away from the Main Street. There were lots of restaurants and cafes close to the villa if you don't want to go into town. It was quiet, peaceful and had a stunning view of the rice paddies. The owner Rumada, his family and staff were really helpful throughout. Check-in was easy! A 10 out of 10 experience.
