Villa is hidden in back streets in a quiet location. It's a pleasure to wake up here! You can walk to local cafe's but its still a short taxi/bike ride into the centre of Ubud. Contact with Management was easy through Whatapp, our house keeper (Katut) was very accommodating

The streets on the main road near the villa are not set up for walking (although we did but have to be careful). Our kids are teens so it was fine but with pushchairs would be tricky.

Everything is amazing, the villa is so clean and same as the photo, it’s super nice experience, I like the swimming pool, bathrooms have you experience Like you taking shower in a jungle. Staff is so cooperative, they cleaning everyday, they are super helpful, this villa is highly recommended and sure I will plan another visit. Thanks for having me ❤️

Shower water pressure and hot water, and if possible go control the temperature of the pool, but still without that it’s excellent

You can add on so many services, breakfast, massages, dinner, nanny’s, drivers etc We got looked after soooo good here! I will seriously miss Ketut the most amazing chef and housekeeper! She cleaned and kept all the villas beautiful every single day! I added on her breakfasts everyday and I already miss her! Such a beautiful soul she makes these villas 5 stars! The pool is superb so beautiful and clean our family loved our stay here! It’s a 10-15 minute drive to town with the traffic but there is stuff nearby, it was really nice being in a more quiet part of town, we had a young baby so we got a driver through the manager at the villas and he was so amazing with putting up with us and taking us into town most days! The bathrooms are stunning and the bedrooms have nice comfy bed.s! We seriously got looked after so well here in Sayan ubud and we can not wait to come back! Mainly for Ketut 😁😍

The only thing was the timing of the tv not working, for our whole stay we had a detox of no tv, it was right before Xmas so it couldn’t be fixed for our stay which was hard with 3 young kids haha, but I can’t complain about anything else!

Handy location near to many activities eg ridge walk, waterfalls, etc Private pool is lovely Manager was helpful via WhatsApp with laundry, printing, cooking provided if requested

Decor could be brighter - Bali has beautiful fabrics! Also more seating in the outdoor living room area would be nice - only one chair for large group. Please note this villa was advertised as sleeping six - two double beds plus sofa bed, but there is no sofa bed. We had to get an extra kids bed in each bedroom - which was fine, but if you need more space, it would be better to get a proper three bed villa.
