Everything about the place was perfect, the location, the peace and the friendliness of the staff. Everything was been taken care of and all amenities were provided as promised. The best thing about this place is the peace we get here. One of the best place to stay in Ubud and the infinity private pool was top notch.

Malheureusement l'arrivée dans notre logement avec piscine privée inutilisable, l'eau de la piscine complètement verte ! Après leur avoir fait la réflexion il nous propose la villa juste a côté, effectivement piscine mieux mais pas nickel nickel mais bon ca fera l'affaire. Nous échangeon le logement après le dîner pendant ce temps l'équipe aurait pu vérifier la propreté de l'autre chambre ...mais non ... Cafard mort et crotte (j'espère de gecko) dans la salle de bain ... Ensuite tache sur les canapé sur les taies d'oreiller moisissure sur les murs... Le dernier jour nous demandons a rester jusqu'à 17h a cause de vol tardif, il nous fait régler 50% d'une nuit complète...OK mais pendant 2h des personnes étaient sur le toit dans la chambre afin de faire revenir l'eau chaude ! Donc nous avons payer un extra pour 3h ...meme pas un geste de leur part. Je déconseille vraiment cet hôtel,.tout le long de notre séjour a bali nous avons payé moins cher pour un meilleur service Décevant...

First of all, we really regretted booking a villa with a private pool. The villa with a pool was very dirty (sheets, bugs). The bed was full of ants. When we first entered the room, there was a bad smell of damp and the ventilation was inadequate. The Wi-Fi didn't work. When we contacted the reception, they offered to clean the room. They cleaned the room again but put back dirty sheets. We wanted to cancel, but we couldn't and moved to another room (the one without the private pool). In this room, there were ants everywhere, but fewer, and the bad smell persisted. The hot water was insufficient. It took an hour to fill the bathtub. The reception staff were nice and polite, but the place was poor for the price. We were not satisfied. We do not recommend it.
