Breakfast was always on time & delicious with different options

There was no telephone in the room so if you needed to communicate anything you had to walk to reception and sometimes there wasn’t anyone there. The Netflix wasn’t working the whole duration of our stay. We had to watch you tube. We paid to watch a movie but the wifi wasn’t working well enough so it wouldn’t upload. It wasn’t a big issue for us though.

Room was good but the pictures seemed like the establishment was a bigger area . Not much place to walk about in the common area

Everything. Huge room. Clean bathroom. Super friendly staff. They gave us the specific room we requested. The location is just perfect for us. It is near the center but also not far from tourist spots.

The room was so big , we stayed 3 people in one room comfortably. It was very clean and staff were very friendly.

The pictures showed that the room had a balcony, but not only was there no balcony, but the window did not even open.

The room was clean and well maintained and also the overall property. The staff were friendly and attentive. When required they would attend to all requests.

The room didn't have international adapting charging points and I had to buy an adaptor to meet the local plug point requirements. The road access to the property was small and only one vehicle can pass by and not enough parking space for more than 3 vehicles other than motorcycles.

I loved everything in the hotel

I like the view and how supportive the staff are. They are approachable and very attentive.

I didn't like the fact that they didn't change the pillows and it was molding since we figured it out when our son was not feeling well and was vomiting a lot and had to remove the pillowcase and came to our face the moldy disgusting pillow. One more thing, there is a camera facing the pool which can be a concern for your privacy although you can ask to cover it. The food is okay but needs improvement + the served fruit wasn't good.
