People working there were very nice, helpful and friendly

1. I was kept in another property due to the renovation of the one I booked. I was informed 24 hours before the flight so could not change it. The location of that first property was absolutely awful but the property itself was good. It was Avalon castle and spa. Breakfast was extremely small 2. When I went to the property I initially booked it was awful. Internet was working badly, everywhere is renovation, bags with trash all over, but the location of that property was better To summarise both properties are not 4 star properties as mentioned in booking.com but max 3 star with mediocre everything

Beautiful and quiet area, conveniently located close to the center of Ubud. We had a lovely time with our family in the two-bedroom villa the pool area and the view were truly amazing.

However, the villas are a bit dated and would benefit from renovation. There is visible mold on the roof, which should be addressed.

Swimming pool was cool and two bathrooms

A lot of insects but it’s normal for this region

Excellent and helpful staff, super comfy beds, TV with netflix, spa on site, quiet, lots of space in the villa.

When it rains heavily, it leaks into all rooms.

Very spacious and a lot of privacy! I could not hear people from other villas and felt very well taken care off by the staff!
