The villa has 5 bedrooms all with comfortable beds. All beds are single beds joined together. There is not really a topper to avoid the feeling of the middle line in the bed. The bathrooms are nice. The living room is not big but is okay and the dining area was nice. The pool had a nice view if you looked straight ahead only, coz as soon as you turn your look to the left the view was a construction site. The staff was very nice and polite and they helped to keep everything cleaned.

I didn't like that the villa is not designed to be enjoyed outside even when it's raining. We had 3 days of rain in Ubud, and to go from the bedrooms to the main living room you get wet because the roof outside is not big enough to cover and the bedroom house and the living area house are not connected with one single roof. I didn't like that we had to stay in the living room because there was no outside cover area to enjoy the patio and outdoor space. I didn't like that there was no attention to the details. I had to do an inventory and request to fix those things. The villa is for 10 people, but there was 1 champagne glass in the kitchen, 5 wine glasses in the kitchen, and 1 coffee Moka broke so couldn't make proper coffee in the morning. They provide breakfast for you but they only had black coffee and we had to order or go out to get a cappuccino or a latte. There were no mosquito coils for outdoors, there was no instruction booklet on the house, and there are so many lights and switches that a quick House manual would be a lot handy to have. On the first night, as soon as it got dark, I noticed that at least 7 or 8 lights in the outdoor areas around the bedrooms and pool were not working. On the first evening, the kitchen got flooded as the sink was leaking and there was water all over the living area. All of this is attention to detail that honestly make it or breaking it what suppose to be a relaxing holiday.

The property is beautiful and well kept. Great view. location is good for exploring Ubud. Staff are amazing especially Butler Dewi - so professional and attentive. such an indulgence to be able to arrange massages and yoga lessons at the property.

Can be challenging to locate and the road leading up to Villa is narrow and unsealed for quite some distance.
