Ежедневная уборка поддерживает чистоту на хорошем уровне. Персонал очень приветливый и отзывчивый. При заезде нас встретили напитками, фруктами и сладостями — приятный знак внимания.

Фотографии не совсем соответствуют реальности: в комнате чувствуется запах сырости, стены местами влажные, краска отслаивается. С территории слышен постоянный шум от стройки и транспорта по ночам. Вид за бассейном неприятный — грязь, сухие ветки, полное отсутствие ухода, хотя рядом есть красивые водопады, которые могли бы стать достоинством. Нет кофемашины, из-за чего каждое утро приходится идти в город за кофе. Кровати сильно скрипят (особенно в комнатах №3 и №5). На кухне невозможно находиться днём — нет кондиционера, потолочные вентиляторы не справляются. По утрам ощущается запах канализации как в ванной, так и на территории виллы.

Everything! Rico was an amazing host and was incredibly helpful. Plenty of room for a big group. The property was beautiful, had everything we needed and was perfectly comfortable. Close to everything. The chef's breakfast we had was beautiful and we had local fruit left over for the whole stay. Loved the pool especially. Top tips - local pizza restaurant delivers for free and the bagel shop, within walking distance, was fabulous. Couldn't recommend this higher.

Lovely location. Lovely villa and rooms. Friendly staff. Rico was our host and he was amazing. Delicious massage and breakfast.

Villa Damai was such a fabulous place to stay. The location was nice and close to town but it still felt like you were in your own little patch of jungle. The staff were all great and our host went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Would definitely like to stay here again.

This is a beautiful property, excellent for big group! The host was excellent, very helpful, no matter what we asked for.

I wouldn't say there's anything we didn't like. As said in many previous reviews the villa looks exactly like on pictures. Clean, spacious, well equipped rooms with good sound isolation which is important if there's several people travelling together. The place is not far from Ubud but very secluded and surrounded by green Ubud jungle. Whidi and the whole service team were helpful and professional.
