The design and the Interiors

Good location and comfy bed. Had facilities if you wanted to cook your own food but there are good restaurants a short taxi away. Staff were very welcoming and friendly.

The shower was temperamental and you had to put the tap on to create water pressure.

The owner and the girls from the service were all very friendly, polite, helpful and made our honeymoon perfect. Very flexible for all kind of deals, either about food, cleaning or even helping with plans, navigation, advices about trips, etc. Villa is very beautiful, quiet, perfect for relaxation, pool was regularly cleaned and there was no insects (bit of small ants and two small and very friendly lizards, but could be seen only on outside walls). Breakfast (and floating Breakfast) is very tasty, price was good and looked beautiful. Our recommendation and we hope that we will come here again.

The staff were polite and welcoming, but unfortunately the accommodation was nothing like the photos on Booking. The place was extremely run down and poorly maintained. The gazebo in the garden was rotting and unsafe to use. The front door didn’t provide any security — it was damaged, full of holes, and felt like it could fall apart at any moment. The bathroom window was also rotten and couldn’t be closed properly, which made the humidity even worse during rain. The bathroom itself was in terrible condition. The floor was covered with porous, uneven stones that couldn’t be properly cleaned — it felt very unhygienic. Mold was everywhere, and the smell of dampness and mildew made it hard to breathe. Worst of all, water was leaking through the ceiling when it rained — it literally rained in the bathroom. The pool was dirty and clearly not maintained. Several tiles were missing, the filtration system wasn’t working, and frogs were swimming in the water. It was completely unusable. To make things worse, we found lizards inside the room, which made us feel even more uncomfortable during our stay. This place has potential, but it’s in desperate need of serious renovation and proper upkeep. It’s absolutely not what we expected, and we wouldn’t recommend it to anyone until major improvements are made.

Did not have microwave. The Shower needs an exhaust fan. Villa may need a tad bit of renovation
