Beautiful setting by the river and wonderful hosts! So sweet and helpful.

Tucked away and quiet, this place was such a find! Right on the river. Walks through the rice fields… Waking to birdsong and the sound of the river; evenings watching the bats - amazing. The hosts are generous, welcoming and kind. I felt so nurtured and comfortable.

The hosts are wonderful, very caring, helpful, friendly and pro-active. They made my stay easy, agreeable and comfortable. The room and surrounding property are well taken care of and nice. The pool and property is beautiful. It was like living in a jungle, down by that little river! I enjoyed my daily walks home through the rice fields. There are many cute and good little cafés and restaurants nearby – everything that is need for a perfect little home away from home.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom villa which was very large and beautifully decorated in Indonesian decor. The view into the jungle was gorgeous and we liked having a private pool just for us. The beds were super comfortable and we all slept well. Quiet and peaceful. Great restaurant just on the same road (Sari Padi Warung).

Wifi is very weak and intermittent. We couldn’t get many of our devices to connect at all. It’s quite far from anywhere that you can book a car to get around (about a 7-10 minute walk).

One of the features of this property is its location in the rice fields which is amazing, tranquil, quiet and unique. Access to Ubud centre is easy by scooter.

Great place, beautiful common area garden, pool and pagoda. It is extremely quiet and natural. House keepers are helpful.

Its a bit far from centre of town, and motorbike can only take you to the place. It is not recommended for people with big suitcase or mobility issues.

Property is nice, typical Bali style. Surrounding area is quiet but a couple of good restaurants around. Room was big with an outside area.

Facilities are dated and room was feeling damp as we were at the lowest level. Property can't be access by car but the host helped us carrying the luggages to the property and can rent a scooter.

The most serene and beautiful property I’ve ever stayed at. Excellent value for money and a very unique experience.

Slightly away from main road but hosts were so accommodating helping with luggage

I stayed in the Kelinci 3 villa for 4 nights. The villa is spacious, has a private garden with sundeck and borders to the shared pool. The villa was remote facing the jungle, but not to far away from the center. Within a 5-10 minute walk you’ll come across several warungs, a loundry service and a small supermarket. With a Gojek scooter you’ll be in the centre of ubud within 10 minutes. The villa itself was fine. The bed was a bit hard and I thought it lacked a bit of Cosyness (it could do with some additional lamps and other lightbulbs and also maybe a more cosy bedspread. But all those minor issues are outshadowd by the hospitality of the owner Katut! This man will go out of his way to make sure you’re doing well. On my first day there was a ceremony in the local temple. Katut borrowed me his sarong so I could watch. I also had a bit of stomach issues and he offered to make me porridge. Absolutely great host and makes it worth it visiting!
