Nice people ! In the middle of the rice fields Polite and efficient service

What an amazing place to stay. You are in the rice fields, surrounded by nature, almost like being in a jungle. The beds are huge and comfortable, the pool is gorgeous and you are about 5 minutes walk to Bintang supermarket, ATM's and an authentic coffee shop, kopikopi, which sells very cheap, delicious Indonesian food. I will return!

Beautiful view and well maintained pool - Good and spacious rooms and bathrooms - Good Bed, we slept well - Secluded location, quiet but short walk to main road, loved the walk to the villa - Clean and well maintained villa overall

Unfortunately the villa per se is good but we experienced very poor management/host (in order of negative impact to our stay): (i) The host entered the villa without any prior notice - at least once per day during our week stay - (to pick up passports, to change garbage bin, deliver water, maintain the pool...), is is not what you expect for a PRIVATE villa experience (previous guests also pointed this out). Note that this was not the cleaning staff that contacted us though whatsapp in advance to arrange the time that they would come (as it should be done). (ii) On the day prior to our departure there was a management confusion and they told us we had to vacate the villa because there was another reservation that was coming 1 day earlier by mistake. Luckily it got resolved and we could stay. (iii) Check in was 2h late and we had to wait at a nearby bar I kindly let the host know about all of this improvement points and received silence as a reply, it takes no time to acknowledge the feedback and apologize.

Clean pool, AC works well, hot water and some kitchen supplies, no noise, near a supermarket and close to cafés

unfortunately at the advertisement not mentioned that there is no parking space, moreover villa is located among rice fields and to get there you should walk around 10 minutes on tiny tiny path, which is uncomfortable if you have luggage and slippery once it’s rainy. And also there is a stairs. But they helps us to bring it to the villa. Villa is ok, some smell in the room but clean. Looks a bit tired. Slippery bathrooms because there is open ceiling and always some leaking from the roof.

We loved the Villa! and thank you to Dira and his family for helping us. Dira is an excellent driver, we will be back next year for one month!

Staff were very professional and happy to help

Location was difficult to get to with kids and luggage. Not a problem if you only have backpacks. Photos were a lot nicer than the property. The location unfortunately meant that the Villa was filled with insects. It was not feasible to spend time outside of the rooms in the evening. Lighting was very dim as well.

Beautiful villa hidden away in the backstreets of Ubud. Loved the location near great cafes and restaurants. Private pool was awesome to wake up and go for a dip. Very comfy beds. Our host was lovely too, always available if we needed something or had a question, and he taught me a little bit of Indonesian which was very helpful!

A great little villa surrounded by small ricefields. The pool was just the right size and extremely clean, not even a leaf on the surface (it was cleaned each morning). The bedrooms had separate entrances so no one would be disturbed. All in all a great experience, would highly recommend.
