Private villa with great attention

It is a little far from downtown

管家及所有人員都非常親切，whats app 回訊息超快，第一天入住比較晚也有即時關心旅途是否順利，也很親切介紹房間和設施。房間真的超級大，床很舒服，一覺到天亮；衛浴空間也超大，還有超大超美的浴缸，太享受了；泳池更不用說，很美又大，水溫稍低要適應一下～早餐非常非常豐盛，是管家媽媽煮的，嘗試了三種餐點都好好吃，餐盤餐具也都乾淨衛生。

剛好兩個晚上都遇到沒水狀況，但應該是真的太幸運，且管家非常及時處理，很晚也聯絡的到人。

This place is fantastic. It's better than the pictures even. The private pool is awesome. The staff are amazing. Massages are great. Ken is super helpful. Bed is comfortable. Bath is fun. Water filter is very helpful. Gardens are lovely. All feels pretty luxurious. Access is also good for cars. There are some cafes and shops near by 10 mins walk. Or you can catch a grab to Ubud centre.

Nothing really. I think it's slightly on the pricier side but still worth a stay. We'll be back.

We have just finished our fantastic three night stay at AB Luxury Villas. We were made to feel welcome some weeks prior to our arrival, with our host, Ken contacting us with all the arrival details, activities he can assist us with booking and offering to assist with transport from our previous stay. Ken organised a taxi from our previous hotel to the villas, where we were contacted and greeted by a lovely driver who took us to the villa for a very reasonable price. Once arrived, there were two members of staff who greeted us, took our (heavy) bags into our villa and provided us with welcome drinks. All this service was given with a smile and worked seamlessly. We were shown to our room where the staff gave us a full tour. The villa was absolutely stunning - the pictures do not do it justice. It is situated in a quiet area of Ubud and is very peaceful. The pool is kept at a great temperature and the air conditioning works fantastically. The shower was a particular highlight! You can easily get a grab car from the end of the road and it’s a very reasonable price to travel into Ubud centre or any other destination. Each morning, we were served a choice of American, Continental or Indonesian breakfast freshly cooked by Ken’s mum. The food was absolutely delicious and came promptly at the time we booked. Prior to the breakfast being served, the staff would ring the doorbell to clean the table and mop the poolside floor, which was a thoughtful touch. On the last day, we were served a ‘floating’ breakfast in the pool which was amazing and a great start to the day. I would highly recommend the Indonesian breakfast, yum! Ken, who runs the villa, organised a fantastic day of activities for us where we went ATV driving and rafting. He provided us with transportation and managed to get us a discount. Both activities were fantastic value for money and we had a great time.

Everything perfect, it's really been a luxury experience, highly recommended. The staff was really special, very helpful and never intrusive.

This villa was a beautiful, quiet little sanctuary. It was out of the hustle and bustle, but not too far. It felt very safe and private. Ken and all of the staff were so lovely and accommodating. The breakfast was yummy! You can choose from American, Continental or Indonesian. The pool was the perfect temperature and a super comfortable bed and pillows (a good night sleep matters!) We also booked Ken in as a tour guide for our final day. He drove us around from 10-5, dropping us at the airport. A great use of our last day.

Beautiful traditional Balinese Design. The Villa is very clean and spacious, the private pool is lovely. Staff are very polite and friendly

The Villa is near the end of a very narrow and broken ally way, and is dimly lit at night, Not a lot of good restaurants near the Villa and requires a Grab Ride to downtown, even though the ride is very cheap, less than $5 USD.

The room was very spacious, the pool was big. The dining and living quarters were very nice and well maintained. But most of all the staff were very hospitable and friendly. The breakfast was delicious.
