Great pool and water slide, rooms were spacious and clean. It’s an open plan common area with big glass doors. Staff were incredible

The bowls pitch was overgrown, the basketball court and kids pool area looked quite worn. I think the scariest part is the slippery steps and decline that you have to go down to get to the kids pool. I slipped on the steps holding my baby and his head was insanely close to smashing on the cement. I understand it’s rainy season so it’s hard to stop the slippery moss from growing but it was very unsafe

The property is large, plenty of space, great for two families; there is a large pool and a water slide plus pool table, trampoline, gym and an indoor and outdoor cinema. On top of this there is a basketball hoop, tennis court and badminton net. There is very easy access to the rice fields for lovely walks. The villa hosts were always on hand to assist with washing and tidying etc.

That you could only use a local taxi/ private taxi to leave the villa by car - this costs nearly 3x the amount of a Grab. Getting a grab home from places was fine though. It wasn't an issue too much but it is just frustrating that the amount is so much more, plus three was no mention of this until our arrival.

No words can describe this villa. Even though it raining majority of our stay, the villa had everything we could possibly need. Everyone loved the cinema room with the recliners and the beds at the top, everyone loved the pool and water slide, the pool table was also put to good use. We had in-house massages, ordered dinner through the chefs, and breakfast could not be faulted at all. The kids pool and courts aren't visible from the main villa so I wouldn't recommend sending the kids around there alone (unless they're older of course). The beds were comfy, smart toilets were a treat 😆. Yanti and Gusti were exceptional hosts and we highly recommend this villa and will be back again for sure!

Nothing really walking distance but that didnt matter as the villa was so well equipped.

The villa is full of facilities, including a cinema, water slide, tennis court, basketball court, tree house and a huge swimming pool. It is a paradise for us as a family traveler. The reception staff there are all very friendly and enthusiastic. No matter what you need, they will try their best to meet you. Although the villa is great, the staff there are the most beautiful scenery there. We had a very enjoyable holiday, thank you all so much!

-Some of the rooms had a strong mould smell -Privacy issues with a villa being built next door and they can see into your villa -Outdoor speaker keeps disconnecting -The kids water park is far from the villa and not in a safe location

The space! There were 12 of us. Rooms were spacious, furniture were tastefully decorated with contemporary vibes and artsy overtones. Overall condition of the villa was above expectations. Everything was clean. In a rental villa, there will always be certain equipments that need a light fix, we spotted some but too minor yo make any difference to our stay. Wished we had more days!

A little far from town. Difficulty in getting taxi during peak hours. Suggest to book early or arrange with the very reliable and on call villa manager. Quality and variety of breakfast could be improved. On our last day we asked for instant noodles which was not bad.

Amazing Villa, Definitely we will consider visiting again once possible. The Villa has amazing facilities, very clean and the stuff are very helpful. Highly recommended.
