Villa Sara in Costa Adeje - Sara Vacation

It is a great place with amazing views, very spacious and comfy. The pool even in March got warm enough to swim and it was super nice. Kitchen is well equipped. There is sufficient amount of bathrooms which is great. Car is necessary and there is place for 2 cars. Beach is 10min drive. Huge sofa is a great plus.

I only have to say that this place is not comfortable and suitable for 10 people. There is a bottom part, basically under the pool, which all smells like moist and mold. We did not sleep there at the end. Then there is 3 bedrooms in the upper part, one with sofa which is okay for 1 person. Therefore, I would say this place is the most suitable and comfy for a great stay of 6-7 people. However, if you are fine with finding solutions and ready to find compromises, the villa itself is huge and can accomodate a lot of people.

The pool was super warm, heated with a heatpump 24/7. It’s a convenient and nice villa with breathtaking views. It had lovely canaries in a birdcage, barbecue, tvs and a fully equiped kitchen. Welcoming staff was very polite/friendly/helpful.

However we were here in the begining of February and there are a few things to point out. The living room is heated via an aircon, however it does not warm up any of the rooms, and the rooms have 18’C. There were two ceramic heaters avialble but obviously not for all three bedrooms. Then the rooms, there are three queensize bedrooms in the the house, and then there is a separate apartmant under the pool/terrace which has a smaller two person bed, an aircon and a kitchen for an estranged cousin, and is basically unusable due to the pool machineroom noise (filter pump and heat pump), so if you are two families (we were two families of 4) be prepped for some compromises, this fact should be better revealed im the villa description. Also things arent that well maintained, the toilet in the master bedroom needs magic touch to flush, the shower causes a flood to the carpet, kitchen doesnt have a useful knife or sharpener, and there’s many details indicating a refurbishment attention. However we’ve had a beautiful time, and would recommend the property anyway.

The villa was superb and the layout excellent being mainly on one level. The photos didn't do it justice. Everything was spotless and the views were magnificent. The location is in Roque del Conde which is not close to amenities, but we knew that before we booked. We used taxi's to get around and a taxi to the nearest largest supermarket was around 7 euros. If all you want to do is chill and enjoy being with family in a fantastic villa then this is the place for you.

The property was spotless, the pool and views were unbelievable. Very safe neighbourhood, plenty of towels for showers & poolside. Fully kitted out kitchen plus 2 BBQs.
