Have a pool and table tennis . Near a shopping mall

We originally wanted to leave a positive review, as the host was polite and even waived the €500 deposit after Booking advised against private transfers, which we appreciated. However, there were a few issues during our stay. The swimming pool was not heated on arrival, and this was not mentioned in advance. After I raised it the next day, the host responded quickly and arranged for someone to turn the heating on. While I appreciate the prompt response, the pool only became slightly warmer by the third day and was still too cold for children, so we were only able to use it for about half an hour in total. After checkout, despite having paid a cleaning fee, we cleaned the property carefully as a courtesy. A few hours later, after new guests had already checked in, the host contacted us saying the white ball from the pool table was missing. This was quite uncomfortable, as we had already left and had no reason to take it. Later, the host confirmed it was found, possibly in the garden, and explained it was likely missed during cleaning, but the situation still felt unfair. Another issue was the lack of basic supplies. There were three bathrooms but only two rolls of toilet paper in total, and when I asked, I was told to buy more myself. The house was also very sparsely equipped compared to other holiday homes we’ve stayed in almost no kitchen basics and no small welcoming touches, especially considering it was Christmas. Overall, while the host was responsive and polite, these issues affected our experience and were disappointing compared to similar accommodations

The outdoor space was amazing

The villa was perfect for our family of 9 for the week. We did not need to hire a car as the supermarket/small shopping centre with Starbucks and McDonalds was just around the corner. We mainly ate at the villa and found everything we needed in the good sized kitchen. We could walk to the beach in around 15 to 20 minutes however we often used the local taxi service which was roughly 5 EUR to the beach/town, 10 EUR to Siam Park and 35 EUR to the airport, and they typically arrived within minutes of calling. Our kids loved the pool, after the steps it was mostly out of their depth (1.5-1.7m) but this was not an issue for us as they can all swim and we had lots of pool floats. There is air conditioning in all the bedrooms, we just kept the doors and windows open in the communal rooms to keep them getting too hot. Upstairs is 1 bathroom, a seating area and 2 twin rooms with sunset views, the other 2 bathrooms, 2 doubles and twin room are downstairs. Rolando was an excellent, friendly host, any questions or problems he replied very quickly and fixed any issues ASAP (in our case the pool motor had stopped working). 100% recommend.

When it was time to leave.

The property has everything you will need to enjoy your stay. The outside space is fab and the location of the villa is superb, you have a McDonalds and massive supermarket/shopping centre right around the corner and you are about a 20 minute walk to the town. The owner Rolando has great communication with you throughout and will answer all your questions.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like about this property. We would definitely come back.

The outdoor space and facilities were brilliant. Location also very good, short stroll to beach and bars and a handy supermarket just round the corner. Owner Rolando very helpful.
