Cozy villa in Madroñal de Fañabe with large private pool

The location was perfect to Playa de Fanabe, supermarkets, pubs etc. The pool is the perfect size, beds were comfortable. The staff was so lovely, replied very fast to any queries.

Were a family of 4 that stayed for a week, the disappointing thing was we were only given one bin bag in the kitchen for the whole stay, there was a barbecue but no coal, there was no little essentials like sugar or oil in the kitchen. There was a washing machine but no washing powder. It would be nice to have those things available to us without us having to buy them.

Spacious, clean, well-equipped. Occasional problems which were dealt with quickly.

Everything!!! The size of the villa, the space outside and the large pool, the location to the shops, places to eat and the beach really made it easy!

I loved everything about the villa! My first impression was that it was so clean. There is a double bedroom on the ground floor with toilet/shower beside. Then a kitchen, living room and a sunroom. There’s also a utility area and I found having a washing machine a game changer - sad I know but I came home with very little washing. Outside there is a lovely pool and a barbecue. It’s a charcoal one so we bought some charcoal at the supermarket and had a barbecue on a couple of the evenings of our stay. There’s a cover dining area and sunbeds. Upstairs there is a double bedroom and a twin bedroom as well as a toilet/shower. There’s lots of storage space and the AC throughout is brilliant. The property is in quiet area and very secure. There’s a shopping centre (5 min walk) with supermarket, butchers (with a Belfast butcher), Starbucks, hairdressers, nail bar and more. There’s a Mc Donald’s next door and taxi rank outside the shopping centre. We used the taxi rank a few times- taxis are a bit sporadic but longest we waited was 20min. The beach/busy area is about 15min walk but lots of shops and restaurants. We also went to Siam water park and the monkey park which weren’t far away by taxi. Valdlena met us at the villa when we arrived. She was only a text away for any queries - gave us taxi numbers and restaurant recommendations. She was amazing!

This was a super villa for our family holiday, 2 adults plus 23,17 & 14yrs old. The villa had an excellent pool, it had all the facilities you need on holiday. Very clean, very comfortable, great to have two bathrooms and showers. Air Con was great, kitchen had everything, huge TV in living room. Really fast wifi throughout. Shopping Centre with a huge supermarket and restaurants a few minutes walk and a 15 minute walk to the beaches and beach front, Fanabe, Puerto Colon, San Eugenio etc. Car parking in front of villa. The host provided beach towels which was really handy and there were a few pool toys for the kids. Our host was really helpful and informative, Check in and Check out were really easy and efficient and our host was fantastic to give us a little flexibility with this as we had different flight times.

Great location, near supermarket and town easily walked. Lovely villa all you will need it there. Heated pool a bonus

Sunbeds a bit uncomfortable!

The property had everything we needed for our stay. The communication between ourselves and our host was excellent. It is in a good location to reach everywhere, either by car or on foot. Very quiet and safe area.

Could not fault anything really. Will book again.
