There was no shower screen or curtain in the largest bedroom. We didn’t about needing to pre-book towels before arriving.

This property is amazing. We arrived earlier than expected, and Maria was an absolute star and let us put our luggage in side whilst we headed out for food. The villa is BEAUTIFUL. It has literally everything you need, and is really well equipped with two kitchens (one upstairs and one down). There were 7 of us and there was plenty of space to spread out, plus a bathroom for each bedroom. The rooms are really spacious too, and there’s loads of sun loungers both on the balcony and around the pool. The outside area is really spacious, and very clean. We ate outside around the big table most nights, and there was a very clean barbecue for us to use too. The pool 😍 Much bigger than what I expected, and the slide 🛝 was loads of fun! The location is good, and it is about 15 mins walk to Calpe centre and about 25 mins to the beach. It’s all uphill on the way back, which isn’t too bad really. There is a couple of supermarkets within a ten minute walk too, as well as a bar and a bakery. Download the Glovo app, and you can get pretty much ANYTHING delivered (Maccies, takeaway, food shop). And they’re really quick too! The views from the villa are fantastic, and you can see the rock and the sea from the terrace. It’s also located in a lovely quiet area, so no street noise at night. Overall a fantastic stay. We all loved it and it had everything we needed for an amazing holiday! Thanks Maria, we loved it, and will definitely be back!

The full address in advance would have made our transfer and finding the property just a little easier. We booked transfer in advance and then couldn't update the address which caused a bit of confusion. But Maria sorted this when we got to the resort.

It was in a quiet location and the views were great. It was very well equipped with everything you needed and having a kitchen upstairs and downstairs was very useful. All of the bedrooms were spacious and plenty of room for six of us to spread out and have our own space if we wanted it.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like.

Villa has a great location - 15 mins walk to shops, bars, restaurants, and 10 mins more to beach. Set on slightly elevated position, the location is extremely quiet and peaceful. Accommodation and facilities are first class - lots of space, with great outside space and super pool. Would highly recommend.

Water pressure reduction when 2 or more people are using showers at same time proved a little frustrating - but a very minor point compared to overall review.

Great location, walking distance to the town of Calpe which has loads of restaurants and bars. Outside pool area exceptional, photos didn’t do justice! Loved the outside dining area and bbq! Very useful to have two very well equipped kitchens, upstairs and downstairs. All bedrooms very generous size with wardrobes and hangers.

Had issue with no hot water after a few days and turns out property had run out of gas which we felt could have been checked before our stay. However, a plumber was sent out to the property within 24 hours of reporting the problem and sorted the issue.

The villa is fabulous.clean,spacious,well equipped,great location.the pool and outside area is beautiful.fantastic views from villa.will definitely go back to Calpe and this villa.
