The villa had not been cleaned properly upon arrival. The issue was reported to Plus Holidays Office. No one came to clean. The Bed Sheet in one room had visible mould spores on it and this was replaced. The mattresses were disgusting and there were either no mattress protectors or a basic towelette one. The Tea Towel had food on it, There we uncleaned food stuffs on chairs and dining table and between the cushions on the sofa. Cobwebs and dirt and dust everywhere. NO STORAGE: The bedrooms has no drawers and only 4 hangers in the wardrobes. One of the bedside tables had tobacco in the drawer. The Air Conditioning is only in the main living room. The 3rd bedroom is an annex to the main house and has a toilet and wash basin and no shower. There is no air conditioning in this room and it was clearly damp. The outside areas had not been cleaned properly and there were numerous cigarette butts lying around and tissues/wipes/kitchen roll. A dirty sticky looking plastic bag had been left on top of the washing machine. We didn't touch it!!!! BOOKING.COM should review why this property is being allowed to be marketed on their site.
