Location and accommodation

Arrived but couldn't get in ,no reply until 10 o'clock, no rubbish bins and no luggage storage on departure day

The location, the space and the facilities.

gostamos muito da casa e de como estava decorada. As divisões amplas e uma cozinha muito boa. A localização é ótima, pois é um lugar tranquilo fora da confusão de albufeira e perto de tudo o que precisávamos. A casa é muito confortável, principalmente para família com. crianças . E muito bom ter a piscininha , que embora pequena, serve o fim

talvez o que pudesse ter sido melhor seria a limpeza ´no exterior , mas nada de maior.

The location of the property is amazing as it is very close to both the new town and old town for day visits. It was also very spacious so perfect for a larger group. There was also very good communication with the owners of the villa so was able to resolve any issues promptly!

4 bed and 3 bath was amazing and so many sofa beds. clean kitchen and AC was good. so much space and storage and so many spare blankets and duvets. the balcony and pool were rlly nice touches

gate was such a pain and you have to charge it for it to work. one of my friends got locked in downstairs bathroom because the lock was too stiff. pool was dirty and staff booked our transports wrong

Communication was amazing, they arranged our transfers to and from the airport which took the stress out of travelling. Walking distance to the strip and Ubers to the old town was only a couple of euros!

Could have been a book with some check in information. Eg we would have loved to put the pool lights on but had no idea how. Lock door by the pool was very temperamental so we asked someone to come and look at it, unfortunately this never happened but we just kept them locked once we managed to secure it

No breakfast included.

The property was generally a bit tired and lacked sun loungers.
