"Exceptional"

A great 3 bedroom 3 bathroom villa. It is ideal for a group of 6 friends, families or couples. 2 minute walk to old town and a few minutes walk to new town. We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come back 😊

Where do we start. They let stag parties smash up the apartment and fight next door and let them stay

"Pleasant"

Perfect location, just above Albufeira's Old Town. Close to shop SPAR and to the main road, good pool area with sun beds and parasols. Nice villa very clean on arrival. Always hot water for showers

Very disappointed was one camp bed on ground floor , not comfortable ,small. No WiFi access , no rubbish bins provided in villas area. To dumped rubbish we had to use public bins on the main street. Electric kettle not working properly.

We loved these villas. The location was fab. Bedrooms were great for our group. Pool was great. Villas were split less. Great value for money.

Could do with modernising a little bit in the kitchen:living room. Not able to change towels. Walls are thin can hear next door.
