Sunnyside Villa

First of all, the size and the airiness of the villa was great. Everything was clean, and there were a lot of facilities available (like an airfryer, both, waffle and sandwich makers in the kitchen, coffee machines, washing machine and drier for laundry, an exclusive full-sized bathroom for the pool). Towels were available in every room, and even beach towels for everyone. The TV in the living room was a considerable size, paired together with a soundbar. The couch is also a recliner, great for watching movies. The master bedroom looks a lot better than in the pictures, with new furniture, which also touches on some of the issues mentioned in the older comments, such as a new bed, window curtains and storage space, so I would recommend updating the pictures on the platform. There were a lot of small touches that really improved the quality of living there.

The front gate (NOT the garage door) was a little troublesome on closing, as it would open back up by itself after closing, but we ended up using it in manual mode so it would stay closed while we were away. Another thing is that in the room with the pool table there was a little crack between the middle window sills through which a few droplets of water would infiltrate and end up on the floor in the room, but that only happened during very heavy rain and it should be a quick fix.

The house is beautiful. A unique architecture, great taste in decor and so spacious! The outdoors is very enjoyable too, with tables, a pool and an amazing view. We spent a lovely time in this villa.

Only negative point I would add: the strong sunlight that comes through the windows early in the morning. Since the rooms have a circular form, I suppose it wasn’t possible to set window blinds. So I would suggest putting some darker or double curtains there to make it more cozy.

Superb house. Excellent location. Nice pool. Wonderful views.

No furnishings (not even chairs) in the bedrooms. Very few instructions about use of kitchen equipment. Kitchen poorly equipped. No local information about the area, no restaurant recommendations, no directions.

The House is amazing. Very well equipped, the heated pool is the cherry on top of the cake and the air conditioning make the house fresh in the warmest weather! Definitely coming back :)
