Villa beautiful, everything you needed was there. Absolutely fab pool.

The dogs outside gate barking all night

Huge modern villa with lots of bedrooms and bathrooms, and a lovely pool. 15 min walk to supermarkets, restaurants and transport options. Dalyan is a really lovely low-key town. It's a very pretty boat ride to the beach, and the beach is wonderful - big, sandy, with great facilities including toilets, changing rooms and cafes. (The co-operative boats to the beach are half the price of the private boats). We would also recommend the co-operative arranged boat trip to the mud baths.

I hadn't realised I would be charged an additional cleaning fee as we were only staying at the villa for 3 nights, especially since it states in the info 'Guests staying 3 nights or more are offered free cleaning service.' We were notified of the need to pay an additional 45 euro just a few days before arriving.

The villa is very clean and spacious, bathrooms etc are immaculate. There’s everything you need to enjoy your stay , the swimming pool is a good size , outside area is great for sunbathing , loads of space . The owners are really friendly and helpful and brilliant at responding to any queries or requests for help etc. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would 100% recommend staying at Villa Kaylem .

My children enjoyed the pool and the pool toys that were left for them. The villa itself was very comfortable, air conditioned and private with all the utensils you can expect. The property is a good 15 minute walk into town, which is perfect. The communication with the host was excellent and he allowed us to check out late to coincide with our flight out of Dalaman.

There are dogs, which I think are kept as security, who sleep on the street outside, that bark whenever they see a vehicle or a person during the night. It did become annoying sometimes, but not enough to impact your sleep.

The location is perfect, every bedroom has their own bathroom and that is perfect! The living room is spacious and you can enjoy sitting outside as well. All the air conditioning were working no perfectly and that is a plus point!!!

They can do some upgrade regarding the mattresses (pretty hard). The shower spray head of some of the bathroom were weak and weren’t working anymore. As last, there was a heavy fish smell in the fridge. (I think, the previous visitors had fish or something).

Property well maintained, nice pool, plenty of umbrellas, cooking facilities and BBQ good. Good location, 15-20 minutes walk to centre, short walk to Saturday market, supermarkets nearby.

More glasses would have been useful; villa next door under construction, but didn't bother us too much (construction has to stop end of May until end of season).

We had a great stay here despite a few early season issues mentioned below. It was great that they owner waiting for us despite the fact we were really late arriving and unable to contact him. He also got the pool up and running at very late notice. Bedrooms were nice. Bathrooms were clean.

I didn’t realise when I booked that the swimming pool wouldn’t be operational so I had to pay quite a lot extra to get it opened. I don’t think this was made clear enough when I booked especially when the description of the property is “villa with pool” The barbecue was old, rusty, dirty and poor quality. The pool furniture was a bit old. There was a building work going on next door which was noisy.
