Villa Olympia

It's a beautiful little home on the property of the host. The host and his family are really lovely and friendly people. They never bothered us, we really enjoyed the small talk with them! The double bedroom (which has no door, but curtains), bathroom, kitchen and living room are located downstairs. Upstairs you will find 2 single bedrooms. There is a TV in the living room and the double bedroom. You will also find more than enough plugs in the house to charge your phone etc.. Since we were 2 couples we had to move the 2 single beds upstairs together, but it didn't bother us. It was also really clean when we arrived. We also loved the location, it's a quiet neighbourhood and we were able to reach everything necessary by foot. Also the sea is just a 20 minute walk away.

Just minor things that bugged us a bit were for example that the lighting in the bathroom is pretty weak, so at evening/night when its already dark outside it's a bit hard to see. Even if everything was really clean, when we wanted to cook first time at the property, the pots and pans were still a bit dirty (food rests like rice or vegetables still sticking on them), but thats nothing a quick wash couldn't solve. Lastly, the stairs to the 2 single bedrooms are a bit steep and just so slightly shaky. I just wouldn't recommend any elders going upstairs or taking your heavy suitcases up there.

Beautiful spacious house with a lot of light. Perfect location near supermarket, near a little hiking trail and a short distance to the beach.

The stairs to two bedrooms, including the childrens room was not stable and was, in our eyes, not safe for elderly people and children (we did not let our 3-year old sleep in the childrens room), so we had to unexpectedly improvise our sleeping places. There was no door in the master bedroom which was connected to the living room and kitchen.
