Very nice staff... Swimming pool very big. Beautiful villa very new, made with very good taste.

Very beautiful comfortable houses surrounding a gorgeous pool allowing for very good swims - the outside area of the house is wonderful and cool and the overall calm atmosphere in the resort makes you feel like at home Close to the new watamu mall All Staff was super friendly and available all the time Can really recommend and would love to come back Had breakfast included and they come a prepare it for you in the Kitchen every day - very nice

A bit far From the Beach - but no problem because tuk tuks are readily available

Avoid this resort unless you enjoy rude management, poor service and false advertising. First of all, you will NOT get the advertised entire villa but only a small apartment within a villa. The apartment is missing basic equipment: no waste basket, not enough equipment in the kitchen and is overall loveless (no decor). On top of that the aircon does not work properly, there are several power outages a day and you get to enjoy the noise of the back up generator but not the power from it (generator did not service apartment). The villa is advertised to be for 5 people, but one person will sleep on a tiny couch in the kitchen, without aircon. December is the hottest month in Kenya, so an aircon is needed. But the worst is the management: we repeatedly asked for the aircon to be fixed but either no one came despite follow ups or we were told that this has to do with the poor power system in Kenya (it didn't). Only after persistent follow up the aircon was fixed (pipe was broken). When I raised this again with the manager when the power stopped during our last night, he blocked me on whatsapp. The local staff is not allowed to take any decisions, there is a 'manager" who is never there and hides and hardly speaks English. No one is willing to take responsibility and find a solution, everyone just avoids the problems. The manager said he was just helping out. When I asked to speak to the owner, the manager told me he only spoke Italian and swahili (in an English speaking country??). I've never experienced anything like this.
