Rafiki Tamu Residential Resort

Perfect place to stay if you are not looking for a noisy resort holiday stay. This is a place to relax. Staff was always ready with a smile to help you with all your needs. Structure is new, rooms are big and very clean. It is close to the beach and swimming pool was great after a day outside. We used the personal chef and I can assure you top service. I would surely recommend it.

For the sitting room, a larger coffee table would have been better. Also, there is no micro-wave, just an oven. Some hangers for the towls would also be nice (now only hooks, which do not allow towls to dry.

Beautiful setting and interior design, housekeeping were friendly and security was excellent ☺️

It would be better is the upstairs villas had an indoor living area

A tv would have been nice. The picture shown here was not exactly what we had.

The houses are very well done. The staff from the security guards, reception, and the general workers were superb. Special shout out to Njoki at the reception and Praise, our very pleasant and able Chef! The pool was also very nice and big. The location is very convenient, very near the tarmac as well as a Mall... We were very sad to leave..... We MUST come back again!

The resort is in a very convinient location at the heart of watamu; very clean and nice swimming pool

Its very minimalistic...limited cutlery barely any sitting area inside the villas. Had to constantly request for shower gel and towels were not changed. Beautiful place but they need to improve on a few items for it to become the gem it really is.

Everything was amazing! The place is gorgeous, really close to the beach and to the new mall. Everyone working there is extremely nice! Starting with the girls at the reception moving to the security guys, and the people taking care of the structure and so on. The laundry service Is extremely efficient and the women doing that are wonderful. And the personal chef is the best thing u can have on a vacation like this! I want to thank Rachel again, we have been so lucky to have her as chef, she was extremely helpful every time and she prepared us amazing food.
