Very cool property with floor to ceiling views of the surrounding. Very helpful host. Room is very big and comfortable. Great location from bus stops and restaurants.

The pool is closed this time of year and there is no notice when booking.

The light in the bathroom was very very low, was basically like it was not there. The hot water was not always present

The stay was walking distance from the center. The hospitality was amazing, we felt really welcome and the owner even prepared a BBQ for us so we could enjoy our own baked fish and meat. When you open the door you can hear the waterfall. Highly recommend to anyone who likes to stay in a natural surrounding which is still close to the center. You can ask anything to the owner and he will help you finding your way around in the city. Also possible to rent motorbikes (automatic and non-automatic).

1. The location off the noisy city center was good for us. 2. We like the deck outside the room, to chill and drink (not much if a view though) 3. Host was responsive to our little requests including transport to Cat Cat (3km away) for 250,000VND (2 ways). Not exactly cheap but hassle free... 4. The deco outside with the lightings and plants at the entrance was nicely done.

1. The room floor felt like it hasn't been cleaned for a while. The toilet gets flooded when showering. 2. The private pool and space wasn't private at all. The bungalow that is also available for booking is right next to it. The host's family was occupying it when we arrived. Although they retreated into their own house behind it in the evening, we felt as if we had invaded their space with the frequent appearances of family members. It would probably be worse if the bungalow was occupied too. Would be good to build a divider to separate the 2 accomodations. Let the "private pool" be really private and not be in the open as it is now. 3. Breakfast not included. For the same price, this is the only accomodations out of 3 that we stayed in during the trip that doesn't provide breakfast.

First of all the family is amazing. Happy to leave you be or spend time and talk if you want to know anything. Very new and unique place. Photos are geniune. Kept clean and treated like their own home. 3 minutes from the bus station walking. Everything in sapa is within 20minites walk and its at the quieter less touristy end of town. They also rent a bike.

If i had to nit pick there isnt currently water in the pool. But not an issue as it is too cold to swim anyway.

The hosts were so kind and went out of their way to make sure we had an enjoyable stay. They answered all the questions we had and provided great recommendations. We rented a scooter as well for a good price. It was right next to the bud station and the host even rode out to welcome us and show us the way there and it is right next to the night market. We loved our stay and would recommend it for anyone.

Tung is an amazing host.... He takes care of all your requirements.... The property is spacious and well made, right next to Sapa Market and 10 mins walk from the lake ... Highly recommended to stay here
