Beachfront pool villa

Great location. Eric is a very helpful and communicative host. The villa is very close to the beach and you can walk to good restaurants and shops and night market under 10 minutes from here. Definitely recommend for big groups.

The pool is a bit smaller than I expected.

Just one word: Perfect! A beautifully decorated, spacious villa with all amenities ( even a washing maschine and a tumble dryer). A lush garden and a gorgeous pool, everything perfectly maintained. eric, the landlord is always awailable für questions an suggestions. The beach ( extremely clean) ist just 4 miutes work. There you find a variety of restaurants, bars and massage stalls, all at reasonable prices. A market for vegetabel, fruit and streetfood and a supermarkt are at 8 mintes walkig distance. Directly next to the ville is a delicious restaurant with an amasing Thai breakfast offer. All i all: The perfect holiday retreat! We would revisit any time! thank you, Eric.

Villa very close to the Kamala beach and it takes only 10 minutes walk. At the same time it’s kind of isolated place which is very convenient when you stay with kids. Me and my family spent fantastic time at this villa, so I strongly recommend to stay here if you are looking for relaxing vacation far from crowded places. If you forget bread or cookie at the table in the kitchen, then few hours later there might be ants. And it is actually expected issue because you are in tropic area. My big appreciation to Eric. He was very helpful.

Great villa with a host who will always go an extra mile for his guests. Clean, comfortable and 2 steps away from the beach!

dirty floor dirty pool no bins outside for rubbish . old tired outside furniture cushions full insects. unable sit . ac not big enough front room size and leaked also full dust . never cleaned 😪 left marajiwna in the fridge from last people used . no welcome pack imfomation . bbq unuseable from last guest . dirty oven didn't use extraction, not work . villa full ants 🐜 works carried out on tower next door debris in pool garden . traveled over many years to thialand stayed many places this us not one for me overpriced . im chose this due disability needing ground floor room .

the location is great, it’s across the road from the beach with all the local restaurants and bars within a 5 minute walk. having a private pool and garden was great, especially for the kids. very spacious comfortable open plan living downstairs with air con, large bedrooms also with air con. great WiFi connection, worked throughout the whole house with no problems.

sometimes the road could be noisy but once we were used to it then it didn’t bother us. this is not a negative but just to be aware - the main bedroom is accessible via an outside door off of the upstairs balcony, just to bear in mind if you have small children that go to bed early, you cannot hear them downstairs, our children slept in here with us and it wasn’t a problem at all, the doors have safety locks with can be locked from the outside but can still be opened inside by easily twisting the handle.

Very dirty place. Not worth for the price. Please don't stay at this villa.
