We adored our stay here we had the most fabulous time. The staff are so kind and accommodating, we extended our stay a few days with no hassle. We would recommend for anyone to come and stay here.

It is in perfect cycling distance to beautiful beaches and the old town, but far enough away for it to be beautifully quiet and peaceful. They have a wonderful library full of perfect beach reads :)

Everything was perfect. Best value I've seen in Asia

It's not in city center but you can borrow a bicycle for free so that does not matter at all and the quiet area is nice

affordable stay located in a tranquil area with nearby access to commodities, all suit my first time being a solo-traveler. the host is truly accommodating, it just feels like being home. it’d take around 5 mins to get to Ancient Town of Hoi An and 15 mins to get to the beach from the stay.

the drainage was a bit wacky, thats all

The time here was great. The family was very kind and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. The pool great and the breakfast delicious. Is a bit far from the town but the neighbourhood is quite and beautiful, and they give you bikes to use for free.

They have a little library that you can take books to read. Owners were incredibally helpfull, not just with renting questions, but with everything else like booking a massage for us with lover price, helping to fix bicycle and every other question that we had.

Everything was great, i do not have any complains

Really lovely family running this homestay, helped me with a bus ticket at short notice, made breakfast and juice and had free bikes. It's also opposite a really nice coffee shop!!

The price, the comfort and equipment (especially the swimming pool), bikes available for free, possibility to rent motorbikes, location not too far from old center by bike or motorbike
