Olala An Bang Villa

We were a family of 10 from Australia. Olala Villa was perfect size for all of us. It provided a quiet sanctuary, with exceptional rooms and pool.

The only thing missing was comfortable lounge chairs around the pool.

The villa was amazing! Just like the images on the website, even better probably. All rooms were spacious all with en-suite. The air con was the best we’ve had and all individual to each room. The decor very tasteful and thought through. All of the utilities needed were there and even use of the laundry room on the top floor. The pool was perfect and became somewhere where the family all congregated in the afternoon after coming back from the beach. The beach no more than a 100 metres walk and it was pure sand with bars and restaurants directly on the front. The main road ( not busy) offers more choice for breakfast lunch and dinner. It also has spas and a convenience store all amazing value. The owner mc Roberty was responsive to all our needs and the lovely housekeeper kept the villa clean each day. I would definitely come again Thank you

There was very little to think of. Maybe full length mirrors in the rooms

This is a beautifully stylish villa with a private, shaded pool. The bedrooms and bathrooms rooms are very spacious and clean with large, comfortable beds. The villa is located just a couple of minutes’ walk to the beach and is in easy walking distance of lots of restaurants, bars and small mini marts. It’s just a 10 minute taxi ride into Hoi An with plenty of taxis available.

The villa owner doesn’t take credit cards. As the ATMs limit the amount of cash that you can take out, payment required meeting the owner at a bank in Hoi An to withdraw the necessary money, which was a little inconvenient. Although the villa is very stylish, we didn’t feel that it was great value for money for just 4 of us. However, the pool isn’t very large and there are only a few comfortable chairs (and no sun loungers), which might make it feel cramped by the pool for a larger group. As a small point, we would have appreciated a welcome pack, such as tea and coffee and maybe some fruit - we received this at home stays that were a fraction of the price.

Nice and clean house close to the beach

We had an amazing stay. So close to the beach and fantastic amenities to use as a family. Hosts were amazing and friendly and so hospitable. Even helped by organising our airport transfers for us. The rooms are a great size, and the pool was loved by us all to cool off after a warm day. Hoping to book a trip again next year!

Please note payment will need to be made by bank transfer/ cash as the property does not have credit card facilities. Although caught off hand this did not pose any problems for us as a bank transfer was done easily with no problems.

At the time of year we visited, the pool didn’t get any sun so it was too cold to use.
