This has a jaw dropping view and fantastic rooms all with a view. The kitchen area is of a high standard. The SONOS system allows music of your choice. The television has a host of streaming platform to suit all tastes.

Location a short walk to Camps bay meant that we could decide what we did in evenings and had the beach as well as the facilities pool and hot tub. Our host was responsive and dealt with anything instantly and the housekeeper attended

Yes it was easy to collect the keys at the property. We noticed it said check in was between 15:00 - 18:00 which is unrealistic when people are getting international/domestic flights. The host mentioned that a lot of people come from Kruger National park to Cape Town…this being the case you know there are only two flights per day which both arrive later than 6pm. We arrived at the property very shorty after 6pm as the sun was still going down and I said straight away ‘thank you for waiting for us’ to which my greeting was ‘I didn’t really have any choice!’…what a lovely greeting and not what you want to hear after stressing about getting to the villa on time and navigating your way in a new place!

Load shedding! The villa did not have a generator or it did…but didn’t work! They tried to fix it one day but it lasted 5 minutes and then knocked all the other electrics out. Not what you expect from a ‘luxury villa!!’ The generator should have been fixed within a week of us being there, I felt we were very patient.

The views, the stylish decor, the terrace with the hot tub. Rita and Forward who were so accommodating.

The pool is too cold.

it’s a very spacious property finished to a high spec. I really cannot fault it at all.

i liked everything about it

The villa was exceptional but please be aware the roof top pool is not surrounded by safety measures and there is a 100 foot drop from the back ..not suitable for young children .that's the only concern with this fabulous place .the views are amazing and the rooms spacious ..everything you need is there . Rita the host was great
