The location was great

The property has not had any form of maintenance in over a year. We stayed there last year and needed TLC and. A year later it is in shocking condition. The fridge in the bar does not work, the gas hob buttons where melted and could not regulate the heat, the steel wires on the staircase have broken causing a massive safety issue. The jacuzzi does not work properly, the patio furniture is broken.

House is a little tired and needs a little bit of updating

There are multiple maintenance issues that needs attention, i.e. toilet and air-conditioning not working in a room, fridge not working downstairs

The house was clean when we arrived. The view was beautiful.

Small repairs need to be done to the house and appliances but nothing caused an inconvenience.

Beautiful view, spacious, swimming pool was a winner. Rooms was comfortable

The main house aircon does not work. This made it extremely uncomfortable for us to be in the kitchen area, and kids could not sleep in the loft at all, we had to let them sleep in our rooms. The house needs some maintenance as doors are not closing properly, fridge doors dont close properly, not big things, but paying this price per night, you would expect this to be working. Followed up for our breakage deposit refund 3 times was also not a pleasant experience. Also, when we arrived despite sending vehicle registration details 2 weeks earlier, we had to wait at the gate to get access as they were not loaded.

Views are beautiful, elephants came to nearby waterhole. Overall very enjoyable. Great location for a group of people. Beautiful rooms. Very clean.

House and bedrooms need more regular maintenance, few things broken or loose. Was not aware of all the stairs and had some over 80 guests that could not get down to braai area, so all socialising had to be done on top floor.
