Location and peaceful . Property has all amenities for a great family self catering stay just off the golf course.

Lots of small insects especially in the outside entertainment area which renders the outside area and pool totally inaccessible at night. Shared bathroom shower and kitchen wet appliances were leaking

The area was relaxed, facilities on-site were excellent. We had every amenity needed and the place was well-looked after. The hosts were very responsive as well

getting into and out of the Estate was a hassle, we should have had a code instead of them asking us so many questions and having to check a list

The location and the pool

What was meant to be peaceful turned out to be nothing but stressful. The only great thing about this house was its location. We arrived on Friday midday to celebrate the birthday weekend of two of our friends. However, we were met with a house that fell below par in terms of cleanliness. This was shocking given the amount we paid for the weekend. The floors in the patio were visibly dirty, and it was clear they hadn't been properly cleaned. The outdoor counter brought little to no joy as it was equally filthy and hadn't been wiped down. As if things couldn't get worse, we struggled to get the stove working and had to constantly call our host, Cherne who was quite unresponsive. For a self-catering unit, a functioning stove should be the bare minimum we'd expect. After multiple calls, Cherne eventually arrived to inform us that the DB board had tripped. Needless to say, we weren't informed of this initially. She also had the garage locked, so throughout the weekend, we had no access to it until one of us had to repeatedly call her and insist that she address the stove issue. Only then did she provide us with the code to open the garage. We couldn't make breakfast and had to make alternative arrangements, as she wasn't responding to our calls or texts. We incurred expenses that we wouldn't have had the stove worked. She remained unbothered and unapologetic about the gross inconvenience she put us through. When we needed to bathe, we also realized that the water pressure was so low that we had to take turns waiting to bathe, and at times, water would simply not come out of the taps. Again, she didn't mention this to us when we checked in. Of all the properties we've traveled to around the country, this is at the bottom of the barrel. We spent a significant amount of money for the inconvenience and the attitude we received, and we cannot recommend this property to anyone.
