Annouso Villa with Hot Tub by Caldera Houses

Honestly, it was the best place we have ever stayed at with my family. Amazing Host Maria, helped with arranging transfers, getting to the villa, booked restaurant for sunset dinner, recommended activities . Incredible view, you do not need to walk through huge tourist crowds for a nice pictures with blue domes-as the best Oia views are just seen from the villa terrace. Villa itself , is so beautiful. Every detail is well thought out. We are very much impressed and will be definitely coming back

This place was absolutely perfect for us, the pictures do not do it justice. It was quiet and clean, with a breathtaking view, and we all felt incredibly safe and peaceful during our stay.

It was a beautiful property, and nice for a family - private, quiet, safe. Really liked the view of the iconic blue-domed church, the old castle of Oia, and the caldera, of course. The small pool made for some quick comfort on hot days.

Crowds line up outside of the private area for the iconic blue dome pictures, but generally the folks let you by without much issue (only once in three days did a man try to stop me). And the provided breakfast is just okay - some small pastry, juice, yogurt, and Nespresso; we preferred to go get something more substantial to take on the hot Oia days.

Everything. Location, cleanliness, easy to check in and out and the room was modern and super comfortable. The view is the BEST of Oia

Given the price and overall level of service, I expected small touches such as a complimentary bottled water replenished daily and more variety at breakfast. For example, offering granola and honey every day to pair with yogurt, ensuring fresh fruit is always available, or even providing a breakfast menu so guests can choose their preferences. These minor additions would elevate the experience, making it feel even more luxurious and perfectly in line with the rest of this wonderful property.
