KUTA - 4BR Villa with Private XL Pool

We astayed here with 8 people and there was more than enough space for everyone. The villa is beautifully laid out, with an amazing indoor-outdoor living and kitchen area that makes it perfect for relaxing together while still feeling open and spacious. The massive pool was definitely a highlight, and the pool table with speakers to play music was such a fun addition for hanging out during the afternoons and evenings. What we loved most was that even with a big group, there were so many different spaces around the villa to escape for some quiet time when needed. The main bedroom is definitely the prized room — you’ll probably have to rock paper scissors for it! It comes with a beautiful verandah and even a little gym area attached, which made it feel extra special. The location was also fantastic, with only a short walk to the main street, making it easy to get to restaurants, shops and everything nearby while still feeling peaceful and private. Overall, an incredible villa for groups, with a great balance of social spaces and private areas. We would absolutely stay again.

Location was fantastic and close to all shops and famous kuta beach ... Accessible and the water theme qaterbomb was only 10 mins.Nice big propwety worth the spending. Staff Noor was very calm and helpful. I recommend this property for any family stay ...

This villa is our home away from home. Its walking distance to discovery mall and so many resturants and vendor markets plus waterbom park which makes it convenient. We are very fortunate to have had Nur as our house hostess both stays, who we absolutely adore and think of like family. She makes the stay so much better. We love her ❤️ The villa itself has everything you need to enjoy and relax on the days you have down time. Pool is huge, pool table under a straw hut with a lounger set and sound system to throw a couple bintangs back and have some chilled fun, a small gym setup upstairs off the master room plus a very big communal area to watch some telly with the fams. Bedrooms are nicely air conditiined all with there own units. This is the perfect villa.

Not exactly 'didn't like' but more a recommendation to put a fan under the hut to create some air flow to help with the heat whilst playing pool.

It is a huge villa. Each bedroom has aircon. Pool is massive and the living area down stairs nice and open. Location is great and close to airport. Having a pool table was great too. Host very nice

It’s all outdated and needs a freshen up. Ensuite shower had no hot water and other bathroom had no exhaust fan so it was basically a steam room. Pool filter wasn’t working. It does smell a bit upstairs (wet smell) Not value for money in our opinion…pricey for what it is. Main gate is also locked so you need to travel around the block to get onto the main road

Noise of the traffic

pool was great. location was great - a lot of transport had trouble finding it because of a closed gate to the main street. Noor was great and very nice. stunning setting

Big, spacious villa with a great outdoor area. Close to discovery and many small vendors. Property has all utensils and appliance you will need with ample space for those who like to cook. Our villa host Nur was absolutely wonderful and kept us well informed as well as the property manager Philippe who had great communications leading right up and through our stay. There is also a lovely gentleman in the complex of Villa Regency by the name of Made (pronounce maa day) that is also available to help with transportation who is highly recommended. The main attraction to this property was the pool and it was HUUUUGE!! and very deep. My hubby is 6 foot and the water was above his head so caution is needed with young kids. For those a bit cautious of drinking water, there are 2 bottle filter machines, 1 up stairs and 1 down stairs, that has 3 options boiled, room temp and cold. When I say they have thought of everything a family or group would need they have it covered. Will 100% stay again.

Great value for money in a fantastic location! Our stay at the villa was amazing. The neighborhood is perfect—quiet yet close to everything. For the price, the quality is outstanding! The service was exceptional. A few minor issues were quickly resolved after a simple message, which made our stay even better.

It’s hard to find anything to improve, but if I had to mention one thing, the pool table’s cloth could use an update. Overall, everything was top-notch, and we’d love to come back!
