Located perfectly for family.

The furniture in the lounge was a bit small and uncomfortable as I'm a tall person

The villa is perfect for a group of friends or a big family to stay. The facility is new and has plenty of beds and rooms. There are free tea coffee bags, eggs and instant noodles, rice, banana provided free of charge. The swimming pool is very cute. There are can drinks and beer in the outdoor fridge with reasonable price, which is convenient. There is a Bluetooth speaker for music playing. Air-cons are working perfectly cold. There are other similar villas in the yard which might be under same management or developer. All my group members give thumb up to the villa.

The entrance is a bit difficult to find. It is hidden in a very small lane. It took us quite some time to find the way out to the main road. Don't look down to the small swimming pool, the left half is sudden deep ~ 2 meter, which scared the whole of us. Suggest owner to put signage to alert the guests. Kids must be well watched when playing in the pool.

We liked everything in the house, the staff who greeted us were friendly and kind, the owner was generous and provided us with everything we needed like eggs, rice, instant noodles, tea, coffee, bread, jam, and fruit bowls bananas, salak, even dragon fruit. The bedrooms are big and the beds are comfortable. Plenty of room space for 6 of us to move around and put our things. Very quiet area. I can see the owner is very thoughtful and understanding what we need. The location is close to everything. Thank you. I do not hesitate to recommend this villa to anyone.

The villa is a bit old but expected around kuta area. The water in the toilet or shower is a bit smelly due to bore water

Excellent place to stay with family kids .. lots of space .. nice and clean .. value for money .. excellent service ..
