Air-conditioning not working properly, AC was very small,not enough cooling 😑

it was big and good for a family!

not clean! glass was broken in the bathroom and they just told us to use the other bathroom in the second room. they did not fix it because there was another guest checking in right after me and glass was still not fixed. very dirty counter in the kitchen, very dirty sofas. could not sleep because at 5am they had people working in the next villa and all that knocking and noise was very annoying to the point where I could not fall back asleep. how do you rent a place like this and not care about your guest’s comfort! it was really bad I hope whoever rents this makes sure they are not doing any construction work. oh the pool was nice but it was very cold. nothing is close to you. waited 3 hours on a domino’s order because no one was willing to drive all the way there. they delayed my order 3 times then canceled it.

Breakfast was ok. It was prepared somewhere else and then brought into the villa (so had a doubt about the cleanliness/hygiene). Quality of food was just ok. Komang the host is friendly and helpful.

The villa definitely needs more TLC. The kitchen benchtop has a lot of burn marks. The toilet/bathroom needs an upgrade.

very comfortable and big. we loved it and the people are so nice. breakfast was good and swimming was cleanish but beautiful villa. TV has Netflix. bathrooms are clean and beds are so comfortable

nothing I did not like apart from the street was dark and nothing near by but if you like quite place this is for you.
