Good location. Good pool area outside. Great host - Stephen. Very well organised check-in and check-out.

TV did not work. Wifi didn't work in the beginning but this was related to the supplier rather than the property.

Very nice accommodation. The manager Rio is a nice, smiling and very helpful man. We will definitely be back.

It’s a small boutique with maybe 8 apartments around the pool. It has a really good set-up. They have installed water filters in each apartment which is a big plus for us.

We really wanted to like the Villas but there were a number of maintenance issues with the property sadly. Simple things like sink plugs that don’t fit, broken chairs and doors. Pool was surprisingly cold … ? We did mention above issues but we didn’t get a reply sadly. Location is a little out of town, maybe 20mins walk, but wouldn’t be an issue if the apartments were in better shape.

The apartment was clean and spacious, very comfortable for a family of 4. Plentiful thick fluffy towels, large fridge freezer, comfy sofas, amazing beds, home from home meets quality hotel kind of stuff. Rio always on hand to fix something if needed, or help with arranging taxis and personalised tours. Maggie also super helpful pre our visit, and helped with planning trips and what to bring before we arrived. So even though it is self catering, you got 5 star hotel reception service to help you have the best time on holiday. The whole complex is like an oasis to come back to from days out. Definitely recommend!

The pool was very cold but we went in December I'm sure it's lovely in warmer times! And very nice after using the sauna.

we had a lovely holiday in Dahab with our kids! The house was big and clean, the pool was nice and Rio was always so kind and helpful and playing with our boys :) Communication with Maggie/Dom was also good and they helped with airporttransfers and a bedouin-dinner-excursion. Dahab is simply the best place for snorkeling and taxis/pickups will bring you to the Lighthouse area within minutes so you don't need to walk every time.

although we knew: our villa wasn't cleaned in our 10 day stay. Of course it was possible at additional cost, but we didn't do that. I feel that for the price you pay for the villa, cleaning should be included after let's say 5 or 6 days. There were many mosquitos, I think because of the nice garden, so we can't really complain about that. And the wifi was gone for some time, but the owners did everything they could to fix it again. Probably the cable was cut somewhere in the street with construction work. So it was actually kind of a miracle that it started to work again after two(?) days! We felt a bit sorry for the couple renting the studio attached to our villa for the last two days, because our boys are kinda loud in the morning after 7 and although we tried to keep them calm, I think the house was still very noisy since there was only one thin door between their studio and our kitchen.

A beautiful peaceful place, nicely located away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Very happy that the place was as gorgeous as the photos depicted.

I feel that for the price in the market place- the villa could have had a little clean half way through the stay. And for some reason the swimming pool water tasted a bit wierd !!!
