Villa precies zoals op de foto's, schoon en netjes. Verhuurder Tome een zeer vriendelijke man, wij kwamen laat aan maar dit was geen probleem. Nin is een mooi dorpje met gezellige restaurants en souvenirs winkels.

Dom spełnił nasze oczekiwania. Bardzo dobrze wyposażona kuchnia oraz możliwość korzystania ze stacjonarnego grilla. Dom urządzony nowocześnie i bardzo czysty. Dobra lokalizacja na wycieczki i do plażowania. Okolica cicha i bezpieczna. Gospodarz bardzo miły i pomocny. Gorąco polecamy , również rodzinom z dziećmi.

Wszystko super. Komfortowo, czysto. Świetny kontakt z właścicielem. Polecam!

My wife, my parents and I spent 10 wonderful days in Nin. We chose this villa because we wanted plenty of space – three bedrooms with four beds: two large ones and two separate smaller beds, perfect for children. There are two clean and well-kept bathrooms – one with a bathtub and toilet, the other with a shower, toilet and bidet. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook and feel at home. Tom, the owner, waited for us in the middle of the night (00:45) because our flight was delayed. He greeted us warmly and made us feel welcome from the first moment. The villa has a small garden with a barbecue grill, and we loved watching the two little turtles 🐢 hiding in the grass. After a few days, we knew all their hiding spots – it became a fun part of our stay. ❤️ Tom is a truly kind and helpful person. He supported us with tips and everything we needed. A bakery is just a minute’s walk away, Queen’s Beach is only 3 minutes by car, and the center of Nin is just a 5-minute walk. There are many small shops in the area, and it’s only about 20 minutes to Zadar, as well as to other beautiful places like Zaton and Vir. Thank you so much, Tom, for your heartfelt hospitality and for making us feel so at home.

We enjoyed a lot our stay, having everything what we needed for our holiday with our small kid. Comfortable, clean, close by all the interest points in Nin. Great hosts, very responsive. The cats and the small turtles were a free gift.

When the garden will be arranged as discussed with the owner, sure we will come again.

Very modern, clean and spacious property. Comfortable lounge and bedrooms. Large shower downstairs. Big corner bath upstairs, did not use as prefer showers. Plenty of towels. Washing machine with soap powder provided. Nice seating area with table and chairs for alfresco dining outside. Quick walk to the bridge at Nin. Owner, very nice guy, quick to respond to messages. Even contacted us one night when it was very windy and offered to bring over blankets if we needed them. Would certainly recommend his property.

Nothing to dislike. Everything great.

The house was very clean, really spaces and has very comfortable beds. It is only a little walk to the old town of Nin what is very nice. The kitchen is well equipped and you can also use the outside BBQ.

The bathtub was leaking so the floor got really wet, but we did not find that a massive problem. Just so you know what to expect. There where also a lot of mosquitos so you can not really sit outside what is enjoying.
