We loved the large space in the villa. Our 7 yr old son had his own bed set up in our room. The court yard was large and private pool was fab. Buffet breakfast was great, even had a kids section with donuts and icecream! My son loved feeding the fish around the restaurant. Location was awesome, 15mins to the international airport, 7 min walk to Waterbom, and an easy stroll along the beach front.

The stepping stones out to the court yard are uneven and large trip hazard, my son fell over coming out which really didnt need to happen if stepping stones were redirected to accommodate the tree roots. Resort pool is awesome but very deep so be warned, 1.7m. The pool noodles around are absolutely necessary even for a strong swimmer. The surrounding ground was tough on feet so wear shoes. Construction work occurring on a grand ballroom, but this didnt impact our stay, may have if you get a room that side of the resort. it would be better if there was a playground set up for kids, or a water slide.

Was in one of the villas and amazing. Staff there was amazing the kids are fussy eaters but the staff made the food for them.

The breakfast was bad, not a lot for western food (only muslin) to eat. Went off site for breakfast most mornings.

Bima villa is amazing. Huge villa with plenty of space and beautiful pool. Staff were so friendly and helpful.

The gardens, the staff and the accommodation was superb.

Needed somewhere to hang out wet towels and bathing suits.

Very spacious villa, air conditioning was always working on point . Staff are absolutely lovely and very helpful with any questions or concerns.

Everything was great, although they need some shade for the pool as it is right in the sun and you get burnt easy. So make sure to pack sunscreen

The air conditioning in the villa was amazing, the coldest air-conditioning i have ever experienced - Nice and close to the airport - beautiful and well maintained gardens.

I haven't stayed in a resort for many years, and things may have changed, but it kind of felt like it was dying. BIG walk from reception to where the Villas are located (where i would have assumed a golf cart?) - only 4 x small bottles of drinking water in the room with no filtered/spring water available (or a room service option to order more) - layout of the villa felt very dated with the fridge on one side of the room, a "coffee and tea station" on the other side of the room (with a kettle), and the kettle needed to be filled up in the bathroom - and no milk supplied - there were plates, but no cutlery. For interest sake i turned on the hot tap for the bath and VERY dark brown water came out of the tap, so that was a little bit "eew" Attempted to get McDonalds delivered and it was quite the saga as it seemed to be seen as a "threat" and the grab driver needed clearance to deliver the food and drinks to the villa and they wanted me to come to reception to pick up the food...... which was quite a hike from where the villas are located. It was an "experience" that's for sure. Visually, lovely surroundings - Emotionally, just kind of lacking and a bit little bit sad and confusing. I paid approximately $285.00 for one night (which was on special from approximately $800.00), which was higher than other options as i was expecting premium accommodation and experience
