Bintang Bali Villa

Breakfast is good. But would be better if they have provided more Indian cuisine options along with Western breakfast, since most of the folks I see are either Indians or Westerners

The Rooms might be equipped with auto-door locks or key-card access. Carrying keys is a bit troublesome. The hotel staff who clean the external and internal surroundings should be more considerate of respecting the privacy since we see them all of a sudden everywhere in the morning. Though they do not disturb us, it comes as a shock to see them through our full glass door as soon as you wake up.

The ville is absolutely beautiful! Super comfy, private and really felt so different from Bintang Resorts. Perfect for couples. There is not a lot of sun unfortunately in the back yard by the pool, and quite a bit of mosquitoes and ants. But it's worth it for the total oase that is in the back yard.

The staff in the reception was really not up to standard for a 5 star hotel at all. Basically no eye contact, they would leave in the middle of a conversation to check something without letting is know. The breakfast belongs at a 3 star hotel, as do the rest of Bintang Resort. Our room was also late at check-in, and we had to ask for our welcome drink. So a shame that the Villas are connected to the Resort.

Beautiful, big size, well maintained villa. It is next to main hotel. All services provided by hotel. Big common pool and garden of hotel, next to beach.

Huge and beautiful villa, staff are very friendly and accommodating.
