Everything was perfect!

Big house. Good location. Pool. Lot of rooms

Het zwembad en het huis waren echt fantastisch. De bedden en het loungegedeelte er om heen geweldig. Het huis had genoeg ruimte voor ons gezin. De gastheer Marko was een fantastische man. Zeer benaderbaar en een vlottte babbel. De Servische gastvrijheid waar ik op hoopte. 10 minuten van het centrum. Vlakbij de Lidl en Skulltower.

Er mag wel even een klusjesman door het huis heen, want er waren wel een aantal dingen defect. Het was helaas ook niet overal even schoon. Peuken hier en daar op het terras. De was van de vorige huurders bij de wasmachine nog op de grond. Verder langs een erg drukke weg.

We had a fantastic stay at this guest house! The property was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. One of the highlights for us was definitely the pool – it was spotless and elaxing. Everything about our stay was great overall – from the smooth check-in process to the friendly and helpful host. The location was also convenient and quiet, making it a perfect place to unwind. We would definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway.

I had an amazing time at the villa! The warm atmosphere created by the inverter AC made it feel cozy and I loved having access to great amenities like the ping-pong table, gym and a quality coffee machine. Everything was spotless and the setup made it easy to relax and enjoy. I’d gladly recommend it to anyone!

My stay at the villa was outstanding. The villa is impeccably clean, modernly decorated, and equipped with everything needed for complete enjoyment and relaxation. The host is friendly and ready to help at any moment, which adds to the pleasant experience. The ambiance is delightful, and the atmosphere in the villa is perfect for unwinding and escaping from everyday life. I’m extremely satisfied and definitely plan to visit again! Highly recommended!

Only negative think is proximity to the road, but it can be ignored due to overall positives.

Nice big house with several rooms, large living room, perfect for a group of friends / family. Facilities are nice, you pretty much have everything you need. There is a swimming pool, but heatpump wasn't turned on at the beginning of mid-October so it was unfortunately too cold to use. Although it was 28-30 degrees outside. Host gave all the info necessary about the house, and also some local recommendations. It's a nice, more residential neighbourhood, with a shopping center nearby.

A bit noisy due to a main road that runs right beside the building, so you pretty much have traffic noise all night. It's not terrible, but some better windows would definitely go a long way. Had a bit of an issue with the host when leaving, because we were a bit on a tight schedule and agreed on a departure time, which the host didn't meet, and also wasn't reachable by phone. So we needed to wait like 20-30 minutes until we managed to talk to him to get the details on how to checkout (where to leave keys, how to lock the place).
