Der Garten und der Pool waren sehr gepflegt, allerdings ist der Pool nicht beheizt.

Leider war das Gelände entgegen der Beschreibung nicht eingezäunt, sondern nur durch Hecken und Gebüsch begrenzt, so dass unsere Hunde nicht frei laufen konnten. Das Haus ist für Hundebesitzer nicht geeignet. Geschirr und Gläser waren nur in sehr begrenzter Anzahl vorhanden. Die Einrichtung ist stark in die Jahre gekommen und teilweise reparaturbedürftig (defekte Duschhalterung, Griffe der Schubladen und Schränke, defekte Beleuchtung). Insgesamt gab es sehr wenige Lichtquellen und Steckdosen.
