Location is perfect, very nice view with big window.

Tap water is sometimes not clean, dirty and looks brown.

The views were incredible. We loved the large windows, and that we could see the aurora and beautiful sunrises from the bed. The sauna was perfect. The decor in the living room was very nice.

it was not clean when we arrived and waited for the owner to quickly clean it. not the level of cleanliness we expected. everything was still dirty and I had to wash all the dishes and pans before we used them. the bed was so small that my 6 foot 5 inch husband's feet hung way off so he had to sleep on the couch, not very comfortable but at least it was long enough. nothing in the villa validated the fact that we paid over $700 a night. the bedding was old and tattered and torn, and only had 2 tiny square pillows. the towels were small and only had 2. the "tv" was old and the picture was fuzzy. again, for the price nothing made it worth the price. we would never stay there again and would not recommend it to anyone, not matter the nightly rate.

The location and the view was amazing.

The place would need some better cleaning( shower, kitchen equipment). The bed in the bedroom was quite small. I would expect different type of bed sheets and towels. I would be probably ok with all above mentioned if it was for apx 1/3 of price we actually paid but for this price I would expect more.

Nothing

1. Hairs on bedroom door, floors, sofa and blanket 2. Thick dust that would have taken weeks to build up, all over bedroom and living room walls- again alluding to this not being cleaned in weeks, potentially months. 3. A badly stained sofa, which also was covered in hairs and crumbs. The worst condition of a sofa I’ve ever seen in my travelling experience. Potentially stained with bodily fluids. There was no way we could have sat on that sofa and relaxed in that house. It was utterly filthy and posed health risks. 4. Dirty microwave and hob. This meant we couldn’t safely and hygienically cook and consume food using these appliances without a full clean and disinfecting of the kitchen. There were greasy hand and fingerprints, which implies definitely not cleaned prior to us arriving. 5. Half eaten, perishable food left in fridge- not appealing or which we would class as reusable food, likened to that left in previous accommodations. 6. Filthy windows- the windows had handprints and marks from the bottom to the top, all over, obstructing the view and just grim. 7. Unfriendly unprofessional host that ignored all our concerns and just blamed it on a cultural difference. This is not the case, I have stayed in hundreds of hotels and this is my first bad review/complaint
