√The comfort of a whole apartment to yourself, with a lot of in-house amenities such as dining table, sofa etc √Very nice kitchen √Owner provided a handy guide to nearby restaurants; we tried out one of them and it was good √Very cheap after averaging the price over 5people

×Location may be a bit far from some popular attractions (about 30-40 mins away from Fushimi-inari, Kiyomizudera... etc) but it's still accessible by public transport

"very good value for money. great for family who wish to do some light cooking and proper breakfast"

Spacious, very well equipped (can do light cooking, laundry washing & drying) and maintained. the futon bed is surprisingly comfortable. Tip: it cost about 2500 yen to take a taxi from Kyoto station to the place.

the dish washer didn’t clean the dishes very well. a bit hard to find the lift in the nearest subway station (it’s at Exit 6). no curtain in the upstairs bedroom, hence better wear eye mask or be prepared to be waken up by the sunlight at 6am.
