Villa was clean. comfortable, cozy and well coming.. Staff: Dewy, Arie, Kadek, Kadek’s cousin and Gilbare all so helpful, friendly and helpful. I enjoyed their cookimg, driving and conversatiobs.

We only stayed for 3 nights.

Beautiful big villa, accessible within 10 min drive to Sanur main strip. Comfortable big beds. Fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities. Beautiful, well kept gardens.

I must be honest about our experience because these issues definitely impacted our stay. The power trips if you use the air con in the TV room, which we only figured out after the power going off three times and we were told it was a problem with the power company, the freezer doesn’t close properly (ice for our drinks kept melting) and we were told they are still waiting on new seals from Jakarta, the microwave kept stopping mid-use and then 3 days before we checked out the pool went cloudy and green and couldn’t be used once pool man came because of the high dose of chemicals added to it (which you could then smell from everywhere on the property) which was incredibly disappointing as this was a big draw card for us staying there with our three kids who are water babies. The rubbish bin system was confusing and annoying - there was a paper/ cardboard bin, a glass/metals bin and a food scraps bin (but for fruit and veg scraps only - not all food, I was told to throw other foods outside?) and the bins didn’t get emptied the whole time we stayed there. Also didn’t like that any of the staff can and will enter the property whenever they feel like it without warning. Felt quite invasive and I couldn’t relax properly.

Nice Quite and relaxing location, huge Villa, relatively convenient for us as we had scooters to get around to & from the main eating & entertainment areas in Sanur. The Host met us at the villa, great communication. Must try The Parisi French Cuisine nearby.

Nothing to dislike

Wow what a place! We had an amazing week here. The rooms are beautiful, the kitchen is well stocked, the pool is the perfect temperature and clean! The lounging area is very relaxing during the day and the evening. The staff are super friendly and helpful. They also kindly accepted to store a couple of bags for a week afterwards. Despite visiting in rainy season, the villa is well equipped to deal with that, there are blinds on each side of the open lounge area, which blocks most of the rain. The outdoor showers are amazing!!

Only one complaint/suggestion: when it rains a lot, the street outside the villa floods in the entrance, I think the drain is blocked. It does drain away after a couple of hours and is only rainwater, but it is literally impossible to access the villa without wading through the water.
