VILLA JIWA SANUR

Amazing location, we were close to everything but still quiet. Bedrooms were spacious and so comfortable! Staff were so helpful and very quick to respond, will absolutely stay again!

We were a group of 6 adults that stayed here in August. Loved the space and the floor plan, the communal areas and the comfortable living zone. Beds very comfy. The central pool area is great and sunny most of the day. Although green tiles don't do it just in photos, it is crystal clear and very clean. Location is great, near beach and major shopping centre Bali ICon

By the end of the week the drains in one room was giving off a very strong odour. If we were staying one more day the guests would have needed to change rooms. Apart from that it was perfect for us.

Great location, good size space. Pool was a lovely temp and my youngest love swimming in the little one. Lovely staff make you feel very welcome. It was my 40th birthday and they left a bunch of flowers for me. Very thoughtful. Would stay here again.

A little noisy at night but it is Bali so to be expected.

The Villa is located in a central area to Sanur shops, restaurants and beach. The pool area is beautiful and clean with plenty of seating/sun lounges. Wonderful cleaning lady comes every day and will organise for your washing to be done. Villa kitchen is well equipped for your stay if you choose to cook!!! Rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Air-conditioned areas throughout the villa

Little bit of noise from the villa being built next door, but it's 90% completed, so it shouldn't impact the villa for much longer. Hot water to the showers was non-existent ( not freezing cold but not warm)

The bed was comfortable and Ibu was very helpful.

It was very noisy. There was construction happening next door. Workmen arrived from as early as 5.30am and stayed until dark. Trucks arrived and there were loud noises as these were unloaded. The men were roofing, tiles and debris fell off the roof. One of the guests was very nearly hit by a tile. This roofing process resulted in black dirt/dust all over the courtyard, into the kitchen area. One of the guests was asthmatic and this exacerbated their condition. This was reported to the property manager and he was present and witnessed a tile falling from the roof, nearly hitting the guest who was about to enter the pool. We were all very wary of this happening again.

Excellent location, close proximity to beach, main road and many great eateries. Great pool temperature, very refreshing. So many in Bali are too warm.

Being close to main road, a bit on the noisy side, a lot more traffic due to new shopping mall opening nearby. No tv, could only use Netflix if connected to own device.
